Hygiene & Safety: To ensure the integrity of our fragrances, we can only accept returns on bottled scents (men's, women's, or unisex) if the original protective seal or cellophane wrapping remains completely intact and the product is unused. Raw Materials: For quality control, raw materials must be returned in their original, unopened, airtight containers. We cannot accept returns if the safety seal has been tampered with or broken. Faulty or Damaged Goods: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 30 days to return any item that arrives damaged or faulty for a full refund or a replacement. Shipping Your Return: Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
